The Arbivex Dashboard is your command center — the place where you monitor all active strategies, track performance, view trade history, and stay informed about what your bots are doing.

This guide will help you understand every key element of the dashboard, so you can manage your trades with full confidence.

🧭 1. Portfolio Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a summary of your connected exchange accounts:

  • Total Account Balance: Aggregated value of assets in USDT
  • Available Capital: Funds not currently used by active bots
  • Funds in Use: Capital allocated to strategies
  • Realized P&L: Total profit/loss from closed positions

💡 This gives you a quick health check of your trading activity and risk exposure.

🤖 2. Active Bots Section

Each strategy you’ve launched is shown as a card with:

  • Bot Name + Type (e.g., Grid Bot on BTC/USDT)
  • Status: Active, Paused, Completed, Error
  • Time Running: Duration since launch
  • Capital in Use
  • Unrealized P&L (Live profit/loss)
  • Pause / Edit / Stop Buttons

⏸️ You can pause or stop any strategy instantly from this section.

📈 3. Performance Graphs

Clicking on any bot opens a detailed chart:

  • Entry & Exit Points
  • Cumulative P&L over time
  • Trade frequency
  • Breakdown by buy/sell ratio

You can switch between timeframes (1D, 7D, 30D) and zoom in on specific periods.

📄 4. Trade History

Each bot also includes a log of individual trades, showing:

  • Time of execution
  • Buy/Sell direction
  • Amount traded
  • Entry/exit price
  • Result (in % and USDT)

📥 All logs are exportable as CSV or Excel for deeper analysis.

🔧 5. Quick Actions Panel

This panel appears when a bot is selected and includes:

  • Adjust Capital
  • Change TP/SL
  • Rebalance Portfolio
  • Switch Pair (if bot is paused)

🧠 Useful for mid-strategy tweaks without needing to restart the bot.

🧠 6. Alerts & Notifications

You can choose to receive:

Email or push alerts when:

  • A bot finishes
  • Your strategy hits TP or SL
  • An error occurs (e.g., exchange disconnect)

All alerts are visible in the Notifications Tab at the top-right corner.

📌 Tips for Reading the Dashboard Effectively

  • Monitor P&L trends, not just numbers — a small loss may signal a healthy correction
  • Watch for sudden inactivity, which may indicate a connection issue
  • Don’t panic during volatility — check bot logic before making changes
